Chez Vous
I've been told by my French-speaking friends that Chez Vous means "At Your Place". It's the working name for a business I've been thinking about starting where you can learn about food and cooking in the comfort of your own home.
Let's say you want to throw a dinner party, but need help putting together a tasty and manageable seasonal menu. I'd love to bring my knives over and come help you out. Or maybe you and a group of your friends want to learn how to sear a scallop, break down a whole chicken, make homemade pasta, or invent your own sauces. I'd love to help with that too. And even if all you want is help figuring out how to get a medium dice out of a potato or a brunoise out of a carrot, again, I'd love to help.
